It combines the OLP-38 optical power meter (fitted with a 2.5 mm adapter) and the OLS-35 dual-wavelength light source (fitted with an SC adapter). The kit is suited to Access/FTTx (including video overlay), Metro/Core, and CATV applications.

The OMK-38 is the high power singlemode variant, pairing the OLP-38 optical power meter with the OLS-35 dual-wavelength light source at 1310 nm and 1550 nm.
The SmartPocket series is engineered for field technicians working across enterprise, access, and metro/core environments. Auto-wavelength detection and TWINTest functionality minimise operator error and speed up measurement workflows. A permanent reference-level storage function simplifies insertion loss testing, and results can be quickly downloaded and reported using the free SmartReporter software.
