The 8126B module provides dual-wavelength (1310/1550 nm) OTDR testing with industry-leading dead zone performance, enabling accurate fault localisation even in dense fibre infrastructures. Its high dynamic range makes it suitable for long-distance fibre spans, while integrated power meter and optical source functions reduce the need for additional test equipment.

The MTS 6000A V2 platform features a colour touch-screen interface, hot-swappable module bays via the 6100 module carrier, and a long-life battery for extended field use. The Expert OTDR software provides advanced trace analysis with automated event detection and pass/fail reporting, while SMART TEST streamlines certification workflows.
