The mOSW-C1 Optical Switch module is the industry standard for manufacturing test automation applications and has the widest range of switch options in the industry. A member of the LightDirect Family of MAP series modules, the mOSW-C1 can be deployed in the compact MAP-220C 2-slot chassis or the larger 3 and 8 slot chassis systems (second generation MAP-230B & MAP-280 or the third generation MAP-330 & MAP-380).

Power Trim Option (PTRIM)

Power Trim is a new option available for single-mode 1C versions with fewer than 80 ports that offers two new capabilities to simplify integration and remote troubleshooting, as shown in the examples in Figures 2 and 3. 

Bidirectional Power Monitor

Optical power is displayed on the graphical user interface (GUI) next to the common port (Port 1) and indicates the transmission direction. The bidirectional power monitor automatically senses the use of the common port as input or output. In-line power monitors can greatly simplify remote troubleshooting in distant factories. Test engineers can remotely log in to the MAP chassis to verify the accuracy of power levels for any particular connected test path. 

Loss Trimming

 Users can increase the insertion loss for the connected optical path by up to 20 dB using a programmable Trim Index. The trimming function simplifies setting power levels without requiring exact precision. For example, level setting a signal into a receiver port during system test or bringing a laser signal out of the saturation region.

• CUSTOMS AND TAXES: It is YOUR responsibility to liaise with customs in your country and ensure your package is cleared and any taxes are paid.

• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.
• Insurance: All shipments are insured. In case of damage, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the product with photographic evidence, please also ensure a report is logged with the delivery driver.

Returns Policy

• Return Period: In the event of an item being received which is 'not as specified', you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Return Method: All returns must be notified in writing to hello@ttinstruments.com, the email should accompany the order number, date and reason for return and must be within 14 days of delivery.
• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up-to 20% is applicable for items returned for any reason other than 'not as specified'.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. It will either be a replacement or a refund.
• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is 'not as specified', in this case we will arrange for the return by way of a prepaid shipping label.
