The Viavi JDSU FMAE-MTP is a Ribbon MTP/MPO RibbonDrive adapter from the FMAE Series, designed for patch cord end-face inspection. It connects directly to the FVAi Benchtop Series and the Patch Cord Microscope on the SmartClass Fiber Series. It can also be used with the P5000i or FiberChek microscopes via the FBPT-UFMAE adapter tip, used in conjunction with an FBPP-BAP1. All FMAE Series adapters are female-threaded for secure attachment.
