The Viavi (formerly JDSU) JD785B CellAdvisor Base Station Analyzer is a rugged, portable, cloud-enabled multi-function test instrument designed for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of wireless base stations. It supports RFoCPRI and NB-IoT testing and offers dual-port capability across a comprehensive suite of measurement functions including cable and antenna analysis, spectrum analysis, interference analysis, signal analysis, demodulation, and RF and optical power metering — with optional fibre inspection via the P5000i microscope.
The JD785B is built for demanding cell site environments, featuring a backlit key panel for use in dark spaces and Bluetooth remote control up to 100 m. It is cloud-enabled via VIAVI StrataSync for remote management and reporting.
