The Invitrogen Neon NxT Electroporation System is a next-generation benchtop electroporation platform from Thermo Fisher Scientific, designed for the efficient transfection of mammalian cells including primary, stem, immortalized, and difficult-to-transfect hematopoietic cells. The system leverages a proprietary pipette-tip electroporation chamber that eliminates the need for a separate cuvette, reducing sample loss and contamination risk.

The Neon NxT system is available as the NEON18S configuration, which includes both the 1-channel and 8-channel pipettes and their respective stations. The 8-channel pipette enables electroporation of up to 96 samples in under 15 minutes, with each channel isolated in its own chamber for independent parameter control per well.
