This Thermo Fisher Attune NxT 4-Laser Flow Cytometer (A29009) is offered together with the Attune NxT Autosampler (A25529). Manufactured in 2016, this instrument was previously used by GSK and has been well maintained. Cosmetic imperfections are present but do not affect instrument performance. The system powers on without issues. Note: testing was limited due to lack of software at the time of inspection.

The Thermo Fisher Scientific Attune NxT Flow Cytometer is an acoustic-focusing flow cytometer designed to deliver high sensitivity, reproducibility, and throughput for a wide range of cell analysis applications. Unlike traditional hydrodynamic focusing cytometers, the Attune NxT uses acoustic waves to align cells in the sample stream, allowing sample acquisition at higher flow rates without compromising sensitivity or data quality.

The 4-laser configuration (405 nm Violet, 488 nm Blue, 561 nm Yellow-Green, 637 nm Red) supports an extensive range of fluorochromes and enables highly multiplexed panels for immunophenotyping, cell cycle analysis, apoptosis assays, and more. The system supports up to 24 detection channels across the four lasers.

The Attune NxT Autosampler (A25529) adds automated, high-throughput sampling capability, enabling walkaway processing of 96- and 384-well plates. It integrates directly with the Attune NxT cytometer and the Attune NxT Software for seamless plate-based workflows.

• CUSTOMS AND TAXES: It is YOUR responsibility to liaise with customs in your country and ensure your package is cleared and any taxes are paid.

Returns Policy

• Return Period: In the event of an item being received which is 'not as specified', you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Return Method: All returns must be notified in writing to hello@ttinstruments.com, the email should accompany the order number, date and reason for return and must be within 14 days of delivery.
• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up-to 20% is applicable for items returned for any reason other than 'not as specified'.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. It will either be a replacement or a refund.
• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is 'not as specified', in this case we will arrange for the return by way of a prepaid shipping label.
