The TPD50-GSSG-800-N1055 is a dual RF probe head from the T Plus TPD50 series, specifically configured for use with the Keysight N1055A 35/50 GHz TDR/TDT remote sampling head module. It features a GSSG (Ground-Signal-Signal-Ground) coplanar configuration for differential signal measurement, with a 800 µm probe pitch and 50 Ω impedance. The probe head is manufactured in Japan and supplied in a dedicated protective plastic case.

The GSSG configuration provides a ground-signal-signal-ground contact arrangement, making it well suited for differential signal testing, high-speed serial data characterisation, and balanced circuit analysis on wafer or PCB substrates.
