The Stryker Triathlon Trial Cutting Guide (TCG) system is a surgical instrumentation set designed for use within the Triathlon Total Knee Arthroplasty (TKA) system. It enables surgeons to perform an intraoperative trial reduction and assess femoral rotation, joint line, and gap balancing before committing to any permanent bone cuts.

- Allows surgeons to fine-tune joint line, gap balancing, and femoral rotation prior to final bone resection
- Supports assessment of EPI (epicondylar) alignment indicators in both extension and flexion to confirm rotational alignment
- Enables augment cuts to be visualised and performed through the instrument, supporting accurate posterior condylar offset restoration
- Colour-coded tibial trial inserts (sizes 3–6; orange, green, blue, yellow) across multiple thicknesses (9 mm, 11 mm, 13 mm, 16 mm, 19 mm, 22 mm, 25 mm) for rapid intraoperative selection
- Metal cutting guides (sizes 3–6) with labelled part numbers for clear identification
- Offset TCG adapters (2 mm, 4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm valgus) and a neutral valgus adapter for intraoperative flexibility
