The Stryker Triathlon Trial Cutting Guide (TCG) is a surgical instrument system designed for use in revision total knee arthroplasty (TKA) with the Stryker Triathlon Knee System. The TCG enables surgeons to perform a trial reduction and evaluate joint line restoration, gap balancing, and femoral rotation before committing to any bone cuts, reducing the risk of malalignment and revision-related complications.

The system allows the surgeon to fine-tune the joint line and gap balancing dynamically, and to visualise and perform augment cuts through the instrument prior to final resection. EPI (epicondylar) indicators can be used in extension and flexion to confirm alignment. Offset valgus adapters allow dynamic offsetting to restore posterior condylar offset and flexion gap symmetry.

The Triathlon TCG is compatible with the Triathlon TS Knee System for revision procedures and is used in conjunction with the Triathlon PS and TS trial components for final stability assessment following all femoral cuts.

Indications (General TKA):
