The Stryker T2 Recon Instrument Set is the dedicated surgical instrumentation set for use with the T2 Recon Nailing System, designed for the treatment of proximal femoral and diaphyseal femur fractures. The set is part of the broader T2 intramedullary nailing platform, which integrates core instruments shared across the complete T2 Nailing System to reduce inventory complexity.

The T2 Recon targeting device supports two proximal locking modes: Recon Mode, enabling placement of two 6.5 mm cannulated lag screws into the femoral head, and Antegrade Femoral Mode, enabling insertion of a single oblique proximal screw. Instruments dedicated to the Recon mode are colour-coded bronze for fast intraoperative identification and are number-coded to indicate their sequence of use during surgery.
