The Stryker T2 Humeral Nailing System is a next-generation intramedullary locking nail system designed for the fixation of humeral fractures via either an antegrade or retrograde surgical approach. It combines the capabilities of separate antegrade and retrograde nailing systems into a single, integrated surgical platform.

Indications:
The T2 Humeral Nail is indicated for the temporary stabilisation of fractures of the humeral shaft, non-unions, malalignments, pathological fractures, and impending pathological fractures. Fractures situated between the proximal one sixth and the distal one fourth of the humerus are considered appropriate for nailing.

Approach Options: Antegrade and Retrograde (universal implant for left and right)
Nail Insertion Technique: Open or closed technique
Locking Modes: Static (transverse/oblique), controlled dynamic, apposition/compression (up to 6mm), advanced locking for increased rotational stability
Locking Screw Diameter: 4.0mm fully threaded and partially threaded (shaft screws), lengths 20–60mm
Advanced Compression Screw Diameter: 6mm
Nail Diameters (T2): 7mm, 8mm, 9mm, 10mm
Nail Design: Straight nail for load-sharing fixation
Reaming: Accommodates both reamed and unreamed techniques
Guide Wire Options: 2.5mm Ball Tip (800mm), 2.2mm Smooth Tip (800mm), 3mm K-Wire (285mm)
Rigid Reamer: Ø10mm (ref. 1806-2010)
