The Stryker T2 Femur Instrument Set is the dedicated surgical instrument tray for use with the T2 Femoral Intramedullary Nailing System (Basic Long configuration). The T2 instrument platform was developed to provide a common, streamlined instrument system across the Stryker T2 nailing family — covering femur, tibia, and humerus applications — reducing complexity and OR inventory requirements.

The instrument platform features ergonomically styled targeting devices and advanced precision and usability. The carbon-fibre target device supports both static and dynamic distal locking modes, and the "DO NOT HIT" warning on the target device is a key safety feature to prevent nail damage during screw insertion. The set supports guided locking via the target device as well as freehand distal locking techniques.

Intended Use:
The IMN Instruments System is intended to enable the implantation and extraction of intramedullary nail and screw in femoral fracture fixation procedures.

Indications:
The T2 Femoral Nailing System is indicated for the treatment of femoral shaft fractures, including diaphyseal and selected metaphyseal fractures, using intramedullary fixation techniques. Static and dynamic locking options provide flexibility depending on fracture type and bone quality.
