The Stryker Scorpio Posterior-Stabilised (PS) Total Knee System is a single-radius primary knee replacement system manufactured by Stryker Orthopaedics. The Scorpio system features a single femoral radius design across the entire arc of flexion, intended to maintain consistent quadriceps moment arm and improve extensor mechanism efficiency throughout the range of motion.

The Xcelerate instrumentation system is the dedicated surgical instrument platform for the Scorpio total knee system, providing a streamlined set of cutting guides and trialling instruments for use in primary total knee arthroplasty procedures.

The PS Femoral Trials (catalogue 8000-2005) are reusable surgical instruments used intraoperatively to assess femoral component fit, sizing, and kinematics prior to definitive implantation. They are available in left and right orientations to replicate the asymmetric geometry of the definitive PS femoral component.
