The Stryker Omega 3 Compression Hip Screw System is a modular orthopaedic implant and instrument system designed for the treatment of hip fractures, primarily intertrochanteric and proximal femoral fractures. Manufactured by Stryker Osteosynthesis (Stryker Trauma AG, Selzach, Switzerland), the system combines slimline hip plates with a choice of cephalic implants and dedicated state-of-the-art instrumentation.

The Basic Instrument Case (REF 902100) provides the core set of instruments required to apply the Omega 3 locking inserts and locking screws to the hip plate, and to perform standard lag screw fixation procedures.
