The Stryker Bixcut IM Reamer System is an orthopaedic surgical instrument set designed for intramedullary canal preparation prior to nail fixation in trauma surgery. The Bixcut design was developed specifically to reduce intramedullary reaming pressure, minimising the risk of fat embolism and improving patient outcomes during long bone nailing procedures.

The system features a modular architecture, allowing surgeons to combine interchangeable reamer heads with flexible reamer shafts. It is compatible with multiple Stryker nailing systems including the T2, S2, Gamma3, and PHN nail systems.
