The Stryker Gamma3 System is a third-generation intramedullary hip fracture nailing system developed from more than 20 years of Gamma Nail clinical experience. It is designed for the treatment of proximal femur fractures using a minimally invasive surgical technique, sharing the same instrument platform as the Stryker T2 and S2 intramedullary nail systems.

The Gamma3 Optional Instrument Set provides supplementary instruments that complement the Basic Instrument Set, supporting specific surgical steps such as fracture reduction, fragment control, nail extraction, and distal locking during Gamma3 nail procedures.

Intertrochanteric fractures, pertrochanteric fractures, subtrochanteric fractures (Long Nail), nonunion and malunion of proximal femur
