The Stryker Gamma3 Hip Fracture Nailing System is a comprehensive intramedullary nailing system for the treatment of a wide range of proximal femur fractures as well as associated femoral shaft fractures. The system is the result of over 30 years of continuous innovation and clinical history.

The Gamma3 Optional Instrument Set provides supplementary surgical tools to support the full operative technique for Gamma3 short and long nail procedures. The instruments are designed to facilitate a minimally invasive surgical approach and are easy to use and easy to clean, sharing the same platform as the Stryker T2 and S2 intramedullary nails.

System Overview:
The Gamma3 System is intended to achieve functionally stable osteosyntheses and stabilisation of bones and bone fragments. The Gamma3 Locking Nails are available in three neck-shaft angles of 120°, 125°, and 130° to accommodate variations in femoral neck anatomy.
