The Stryker AxSOS Proximal Lateral Tibia Targeter Locking Plate System is the dedicated targeting instrumentation set for use with the Stryker AxSOS (and AxSOS 3 Titanium) Proximal Lateral Tibia Locking Plate System. The AxSOS system is a monoaxial locking plate system intended for long bone fracture fixation, allowing the use of both locking and non-locking screws in the metaphysis and the shaft.

The targeting instrumentation provides a systematic, reproducible method for guiding drill sleeves and screws into the correct locking hole trajectories of the proximal lateral tibia plate, reducing the need for repeated fluoroscopy passes and helping to streamline the surgical workflow.

Intended Use: Targeting instrumentation for the AxSOS Proximal Lateral Tibia Locking Plate System — for use in open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) of proximal tibia fractures.

Indications:
Diaphyseal, metaphyseal, epiphyseal, extra- and intra-articular fractures
Non-unions and malunions
Normal and osteopenic bone
Osteotomies
Periprosthetic fractures of the proximal tibia
