CoroMill Plura is Sandvik Coromant's range of solid carbide end mills engineered for versatile and high-performance milling across a wide range of materials. The 2S340-0600-100-MA is designed specifically for high-feed side milling operations in stainless steels (ISO M) and other difficult-to-machine alloys, including heat-resistant superalloys (ISO S).

The 1640 grade substrate is a fine-grain carbide with a TiAlN PVD coating, offering excellent wear resistance and thermal stability at elevated cutting temperatures. The flute geometry promotes efficient chip evacuation and reduced cutting forces, making it suitable for both roughing and finishing operations in demanding applications.
