The PCTEL SeeGull IBflex is a portable, software-defined scanning receiver designed for in-building walk testing and outdoor drive testing of cellular and wireless networks. It combines a lightweight form factor with the ability to test multiple technologies and frequency bands simultaneously, making it suitable for network deployment, coverage verification, interference hunting, small cell optimisation, and public safety network validation.

The IBflex features a hot-swap battery system and low power consumption for extended field use. It connects to host software via USB, Bluetooth, or Ethernet, and is compatible with PCTEL SeeHawk Collect and SeeGull Assistant software on Windows PC or Android tablet.
