The PCTEL SeeGull IBflex is a portable, multi-technology scanning receiver engineered for both in-building walk tests and outdoor drive tests. It combines a lightweight, small form factor with the capability to scan multiple wireless technologies and bands simultaneously, making it well suited to network planning, deployment optimisation, coverage verification, and interference hunting.

The IBflex features a field-upgradeable, software-defined architecture. Supported cellular technologies include LTE FDD, TD-LTE, WCDMA, CDMA, EV-DO, TD-SCDMA, and GSM, with Wi-Fi coverage across 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. The unit is MIMO-ready with dual RF port scanning for advanced LTE optimisation including 2x2 and 4x2 LTE MIMO measurements. A hot-swap battery system and low power consumption ensure extended field operation without interruption.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day.

Returns Policy

• Return Period: In the event of an item being received which is not as specified, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Return Method: All returns must be notified in writing to hello@ttinstruments.com, and the email should include the order number, date and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.
• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up-to 20% is applicable for items returned for any reason other than not as specified.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. It will either be a replacement or a refund.
