The PCTEL SeeGull IBflex is a software-defined scanning receiver designed for in-building walk testing and outdoor drive testing. It combines portability and accuracy with the power to test multiple wireless technologies and bands simultaneously. The IBflex can be used to optimise dense small cell deployments, verify public safety coverage, improve in-building network coverage and capacity, and support interference hunting. Its hot-swap battery system and low power consumption make it well suited to extended walk test sessions.

The IBflex is a software-defined receiver capable of supporting multiple protocols and any supported cellular band simultaneously. It can be configured to measure LTE FDD, TD-LTE, NB-IoT, UMTS (WCDMA/HSPA+), GSM, CDMA, EV-DO, TD-SCDMA, P25, and Wi-Fi technologies. While its design is geared towards indoor walk tests, the scanner is fully functional for outdoor or drive test use without compromising performance or accuracy.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
• Shipping Methods: We offer Expedited Shipping to all destinations using UPS/DHL/Fedex/Royal Mail and other reputable carriers.

• CUSTOMS AND TAXES: It is YOUR responsibility to liaise with customs in your country and ensure your package is cleared and any taxes are paid.

Returns Policy

• Return Period: In the event of an item being received which is not as specified, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Return Method: All returns must be notified in writing to hello@ttinstruments.com, and the email should include the order number, date and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.
• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up-to 20% is applicable for items returned for any reason other than not as specified.
