The PCTEL SeeGull IBflex is a professional portable scanning receiver designed for in-building and outdoor wireless network testing. It combines a lightweight form factor with the capability to test multiple radio technologies and frequency bands simultaneously. The IBflex is used by network engineers and RF professionals to deploy and verify mobile networks, conduct walk tests and drive tests, optimise small cell and DAS deployments, verify public safety coverage, and perform interference hunting.

The 08900S model covers 570 MHz to 3.8 GHz and supports an extensive range of wireless technologies via software-licensed options. A hot-swap battery system and low power consumption make it suited to extended field sessions. The scanner connects to Windows laptops via USB and to Android tablets via Bluetooth, and is controlled using PCTEL's SeeGull Assistant or SeeHawk Collect software. Data can be logged directly to a removable SD card when operating standalone.
