The PCTEL SeeGull IBflex is a software-defined, portable scanning receiver designed for in-building walk tests, drive tests, and site-specific mobile network measurements. It combines a lightweight, compact form factor with the capability to test multiple wireless technologies and bands simultaneously, making it a versatile tool for network engineers, RF planners, and telecom operators.

The IBflex is used to deploy and optimise cellular networks, verify coverage and signal quality, identify interference, conduct small cell and in-building DAS surveys, and improve the reliability of IoT systems. While optimised for indoor walk testing, the scanner is equally capable for outdoor and vehicle-based drive test applications.

General Description:
The IBflex scanning receiver is a software-defined receiver capable of supporting multiple protocols and any supported cellular band. Hardware configurations 08900-E and 08900L-E support frequencies from 10 MHz to 6 GHz (licensed frequency range dependent on installed options). The 08900 base configuration covers 570 MHz to 3.8 GHz.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day.

Returns Policy

• Return Period: In the event of an item being received which is 'not as specified', you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Return Method: All returns must be notified in writing to hello@ttinstruments.com, the email should accompany the order number, date and reason for return and must be within 14 days of delivery.
• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up-to 20% is applicable for items returned for any reason other than 'not as specified'.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. It will either be a replacement or a refund.
• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is 'not as specified', in this case we will arrange for the return by way of a prepaid shipping label.
