The Viavi Solutions (formerly JDSU) OSA-110M is a compact, single-slot, full-band optical spectrum analyzer module for use with the T-BERD/MTS-6000, T-BERD/MTS-6000A, and T-BERD/MTS-8000 field test platforms. It is designed to deliver lab-grade optical spectral analysis in a portable, field-ready form factor — the smallest full-band OSA solution on the market when housed in its host platform.

The OSA-110M is suitable for all CWDM and DWDM network types, supporting channel spacings down to 33 GHz. It provides high optical resolution across the complete 1250–1650 nm band, making it ideal for testing power levels, wavelength accuracy, OSNR, and spectral drift during network provisioning, maintenance, and upgrades. The module also supports 40G and 100G interface testing, including 40GBase-LR4 and 100GBase-LR4/ER4 according to IEEE 802.3 standards.

The T-BERD/MTS-8000 platform also allows the OSA-110M to be combined with OTDR, CD/PMD, and BER tester modules, providing one of the widest multi-layer optical test portfolios available for field engineers.
