The Olympus UPLFLN60XOI is part of the UPlanFL N (U Plan Fluorite N) semi-apochromat objective series within Olympus' UIS2 optical system. These plan fluorite objectives utilise advanced multi-coatings to deliver excellent flat-field images from the UV through to the near-infrared region of the spectrum, with high signal-to-noise ratios, high resolution, and high contrast imaging capability. They are well-suited for brightfield, Nomarski differential interference contrast (DIC), darkfield, fluorescence, and polarisation microscopy techniques.
