Manufacturer's Description

The Ocean Optics ISP-80-8-I is an irradiance integrating sphere designed to couple to Ocean Optics spectrometers and optical fibres for measuring the spectral output of LEDs, lasers, and other light sources. The sphere interior is constructed from a proprietary PTFE-based sintered diffusing material that provides a Lambertian surface with exceptionally high and uniform reflectivity across the UV-VIS-NIR spectrum. The large 80mm sphere diameter makes it particularly well suited to applications requiring high collection efficiency. Connection to a spectrometer is made via SMA 905 fibre optic connector. The ISP-80-8-I does not include an LED adapter but accepts a wide range of external light sources through its 8mm sample port.
