The Sartorius Tacta® is the premium line of single-channel and multichannel mechanical pipettes designed to combine exceptional ergonomic comfort with high-accuracy liquid handling. The Tacta LH-729050 covers a volume range of 10–100 µl with an adjustment increment of 0.1 µl and uses an air displacement pipetting principle.

The pipette features the Optiload system — spring-loaded tip cones that secure tip attachment with minimal force and perfect sealing — and Optiject, a soft levered tip ejector that detaches tips smoothly with low force, reducing the risk of repetitive strain injury (RSI). The Optilock dual-function volume lock prevents accidental volume changes during use and supports both one- and two-handed volume adjustment. The large 4-digit numerical display eliminates the need to count lines, allowing the set volume to be read clearly even when the pipette is held at an angle.

Calibration is field-adjustable via a simple adjustment key, with an adjustment scale on the back of the pipette for quick reference when switching between liquid types. The Tacta requires only three parts to be disassembled for cleaning (no tools required) and can be steam-sterilized or autoclaved as-is without disassembly. Materials offer high UV and chemical resistance.

Every Tacta pipette is factory-tested and delivered with a Quality Control certificate. Performance is validated in accordance with ISO 8655. The pipette is compatible with Sartorius Optifit and SafetySpace filter tips.
