A used Megger RCDT310 RCD tester from the RCDT300 series. No specific cosmetic or accessory details were provided beyond the condition; please refer to the product images for the current cosmetic condition and any pictured accessories.
The Megger RCDT310 is the entry-level model in the RCDT300 Series of robust, professional residual current device (RCD) testers. Designed after extensive research into the requirements of electrical contractors, the RCDT310 combines rugged construction with straightforward operation. It features a compact ergonomic design with a tough impact-resistant body, rubber overmoulding for additional protection, and a built-in display cover.
The RCDT310 is suitable for use on supplies between 100 V and 280 V and performs ½I, I, and 5I RCD trip time tests. Tests can be initiated at 0° or 180° of the supply waveform. It covers standard, DC, and selective (time-delayed) RCDs across current ranges from 30 mA to 500 mA. When connected to a live supply, the instrument automatically defaults to voltmeter mode. A selectable touch voltage inhibit prevents testing if an unsafe voltage is detected (25 V or 50 V threshold). L-N-E polarity LED indicators show circuit connection status. The instrument is safe for accidental connection to a live three-phase supply — no damage or safety hazard will result.
All models in the RCDT300 series comply with IEC61010-1 for Category III 300 V applications and meet EN61557-6 RCD test standards. EMC compliance is in accordance with IEC61326-1.
