This assembly features four Marposs REDCrown2 F05 LVDT pencil probes (B3PR01L0000) integrated within an aluminium enclosure block, fitted with an H2G2 Short 12-14 handle and coiled strain-relief cable. Three multi-pin connector cables exit the assembly for connection to compatible Marposs amplifiers.

The Marposs REDCrown2 F05 (B3PR01L0000) is part of the REDCrown2 LVDT pencil probe family — the latest generation of precision displacement sensors developed by Marposs for the highest metrological performance in gauge and fixture applications. The compact 8 mm body diameter, precision ball cage movement, and sturdy design make these probes the fundamental building block for customised gauging solutions in manufacturing and quality control environments.

The REDCrown2 LVDT series is available in Standard configuration (with fluoroelast gasket, IP65) and features improved Mu-metal shielding for enhanced protection against electrical and magnetic interference. The LVDT transducer allows direct connection to standard Marposs amplifiers or compatible third-party amplifiers. Both static and dynamic measurements can be performed, and the probes are suitable for in-process and post-process dimensional control.
