The Lynd Products Orion MX8 is a professional-grade portable dip-slide incubator designed specifically for the environmental and engineering industries, enabling reliable microbiological monitoring of water systems — including cooling towers and other water circuits — as part of legionella compliance regimes (ACoP L8). It incubates between 1 and 8 standard dip-slides simultaneously at a factory pre-set temperature of 30°C, the standard incubation temperature recommended for aerobic microbial contamination testing. The MX8 features Lynd Products' proven MX solid-state electronic temperature control system, which eliminates microprocessors to remove the risk of crashes caused by power spikes in industrial or remote environments. The robust 4mm ABS injection-moulded body and strong HIP clear lid make it equally suited to laboratory benchtop use and demanding on-site fieldwork. An optional 12V cigar lighter cable (sold separately) allows vehicle-based operation. All Lynd Products MX incubators are low-voltage devices, powered safely at 12V DC via the supplied mains adaptor, making them safe to use in hazardous areas and when handling liquid samples.

Returns Policy

• Return Period: In the event of an item being received which is not as specified, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Return Method: All returns must be notified in writing to hello@ttinstruments.com, and the email should include the order number, date and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.
• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up-to 20% is applicable for items returned for any reason other than not as specified.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. It will either be a replacement or a refund.
