All four counting modes are active and operational:
• Bright Field Cell Counting
• Fluorescence Cell Counting (AO/PI dual fluorescence)
• Yeast Cell Counting (FDA/PI)
• GFP Transfection Assay

Firmware version 2.2.0 is installed (last updated 25 June 2014). Last calibration was recorded as 30 June 2014. The instrument runs on Windows Embedded Compact 7.
