The Keysight N5444A is an InfiniiMax III 2.92 mm/3.5 mm/SMA differential probe head designed for use with Keysight InfiniiMax III probe amplifiers and Infiniium high-bandwidth oscilloscopes. It allows two 2.92 mm, 3.5 mm, or SMA cables to be connected simultaneously to perform a differential measurement on a single oscilloscope channel. The probe head is part of the RCRC-architecture InfiniiMax III probing system and is compatible with all InfiniiMax III and III+ probe amplifiers (N2800A, N2801A, N2802A, N2803A series and N7000A/N7001A/N7002A/N7003A series). It supports InfiniiMode when used with InfiniiMax III+ amplifiers, enabling switching between differential, single-ended, and common-mode measurements without reconnecting probe tips.

The N5444A provides termination to a common DC voltage rather than ground, which is required for many modern signal standards. The termination is implemented such that from DC to approximately 1 kHz the input resistance is 55 Ω to Vterm, and above approximately 10 kHz the termination is 50 Ω to 0.9 × Vterm. The termination voltage can be set internally via the oscilloscope or applied externally via the supplied DC voltage jack.

Returns Policy

• Return Period: In the event of an item being received which is not as specified, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Return Method: All returns must be notified in writing to hello@ttinstruments.com, and the email should include the order number, date and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.
• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up-to 20% is applicable for items returned for any reason other than not as specified.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. It will either be a replacement or a refund.
