The Keysight N5382A is an InfiniiMax II 12 GHz differential browser probe head, part of Keysight's industry-leading InfiniiMax probing system. It is designed for hand-held browsing, use with probe holders, and general-purpose troubleshooting of differential and single-ended high-speed signals on densely populated ICs and PCBs.

The N5382A is recommended for use with InfiniiMax II probe amplifiers (1168A at 10 GHz, 1169A at 12 GHz) and connects to the Keysight Infiniium 80000 and 90000 Series oscilloscopes. The probe head uses steel wire leads that provide Z-axis compliance and a variable tip span, making it highly flexible for browsing across board test points without soldering.

InfiniiMax II probes use an RC input impedance architecture, providing the lowest probe loading and least signal distortion across the widest frequency range — ideal for signal integrity measurements requiring high sensitivity.
