The E5381B is compatible with any Keysight logic analyzer with a 90-pin cable connector and includes a variety of high-performance accessories for connecting to IC pins, traces, pads, vias, and surface mount components — ideal for situations where probing points are dispersed or were not designed in.

The Keysight E5381B is a 17-channel differential flying lead probe set for use with Keysight logic analyzers equipped with a 90-pin cable connector. It is the direct replacement for the E5381A and shares the same fundamental functionality and core specifications. The probe is optimised for general-purpose probing scenarios where target signals are physically dispersed or where a designed-in connector is not available. A variety of supplied accessories allow connection to IC pins, solder-attached surface mount components, vias, pads, traces, and other PCB features.

Returns Policy

• Return Period: In the event of an item being received which is not as specified, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Return Method: All returns must be notified in writing to hello@ttinstruments.com, and the email should include the order number, date and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.
• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up-to 20% is applicable for items returned for any reason other than not as specified.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. It will either be a replacement or a refund.
