The Keysight CX1102A is a dual-channel current sensor and dedicated accessory for the CX3300A series Device Current Waveform Analyzers (CX3322A and CX3324A). It occupies two channels on the CX3300 series mainframe and enables a much wider dynamic measurement range than a single-channel sensor by using simultaneous capture technology. The primary and secondary channels are synchronised and operate at a 100× range difference, allowing both channels' waveforms to be viewed simultaneously on the mainframe. This makes the CX1102A especially useful for measuring wide dynamic range current waveforms in IoT devices, low-power wireless modules, and microcontrollers that transition intermittently between sleep/standby and active states.

The wideband noise-suppressed current measurement technology enables measurement of low-level current waveforms with a low input resistance of typically 410 mΩ, minimising burden voltage on the device under test. Interchangeable sensor heads (e.g. CX1201A, CX1203A, CX1204A, CX1205A) can be easily attached and detached — SMA connector types enable wideband performance, while twisted-pair and test lead adapters suit quick measurements.
