The Keysight Y1701A Multiple USB Instruments Configuration Kit is an accessory designed for use with the Keysight Streamline Series USB vector network analyzers. It includes a latch kit for physically connecting two Keysight Streamline Series USB instruments, and optional interconnect cables are available to connect two USB vector network analyzers to increase the number of test ports.

Option 001 provides the interconnect cables specifically for multiport configuration of the P937xA Streamline Series VNA. When two P937xA instruments are connected using this kit, they can be identified by the firmware as a single, unified VNA by an external host PC, effectively creating a 4-port network analyser from two 2-port units. At least one VNA instrument connected to the PC must have one S97551A (or equivalent) licence to maintain multiport capabilities.

The frequency range of a multiport array is determined by the lowest-frequency instrument configured in the array. The P937xA and P50xxA Series cannot be combined in multiport configurations due to hardware differences.
