The Keysight N7564A is a 6-port Multiport Electronic Calibration (ECal) Module operating from DC to 20 GHz with 3.5 mm female connectors. It is part of the N756xA/AEP series — the world's first portable and configurable multiport ECal family, cascadeable up to 36 ports for high port-count VNA calibration.

The N7564A makes calibration of Keysight vector network analyzers fast, easy, and accurate. Performing a full 6-port calibration takes less than half the time and fewer connections than traditional mechanical cal kits. The operator simply connects the ECal module to the VNA via USB 3.x and the VNA firmware controls the calibration automatically, reducing operator error and connector wear.

The module stores unique S-parameter characterisation data in its internal memory. ECal uses this data to calculate the error terms for the connected network analyser. A node-locked perpetual software licence (S94555B) is pre-installed via Keysight License Manager (KLM) and does not require separate ordering or installation.
