The Keysight Agilent N4002A SNS Series Smart Noise Source covers 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz and is supplied in excellent working condition. It is suitable for general-purpose noise figure measurements of amplifiers, mixers, receivers, and other RF/microwave devices up to 30 dB noise figure.

The Keysight (formerly Agilent) N4002A is part of the SNS (Smart Noise Source) Series, designed to simplify and improve noise figure measurement accuracy across a broad microwave frequency range. It is intended for general-purpose measurements from 10 MHz to 26.5 GHz and supports devices with noise figures up to 30 dB.
The SNS series works in conjunction with Keysight NFA Series noise figure analysers, X-Series signal analysers, and ESA/E-Series spectrum analysers. ENR calibration data, ENR uncertainty, and reflection coefficients at each frequency point are stored in internal EEPROM and automatically downloaded to compatible analysers, reducing setup time and the risk of user error. An integrated digital temperature sensor enables automatic temperature compensation, improving measurement accuracy across the full operating range.
