The Keysight (Agilent) 16117E is a low noise test lead designed specifically for use with the 4349A and 4349B High Resistance Meters. It provides a reliable, shielded triaxial connection between the instrument and the device under test, minimising noise and leakage current for accurate high-resistance and low-current measurements.

Four 16117E test leads are required when all four measurement channels of the 4349A/B are in use. The triaxial construction on both ends of the cable ensures that guard and shield conductors are maintained throughout the measurement path, which is essential for accurate high-impedance measurements.
