The Keysight (Agilent) 15432B is a 250 ps passive transition time converter in very good used condition. Units present with typical light bench wear consistent with prior use. The compact stainless and aluminium housing carries SMA male and female connectors, CE and ICES/NMB-001 compliance markings, and a 40-year material recycling indicator on the rear label.

The Keysight (Agilent) 15432B is a passive, in-line Transition Time Converter (TTC) that converts fast signal transitions to a controlled, slower output transition time of 250 ps, thereby reducing signal bandwidth and improving pulse performance in overshoot- and reflection-sensitive measurement applications.

The new design ensures very low signal reflection far beyond the 3 dB point, unlike conventional converters. Converters can be cascaded to achieve intermediate transition times calculated as the square root of the sum of the squares of the individual converter values. All transition times are specified from 10% to 90% of amplitude.

Primarily designed for use with the Keysight 8133A 3 GHz Timing Generator (<100 ps transitions), the 15432B is also compatible with a wide range of Keysight pulse and pattern generators including the 81130A/81131A, 81130A/81132A, 8131A, 81200, 81250, and 80000 series platforms.
