The Keysight 10075A is a 0.5 mm IC Clip Accessory Kit designed for use with the Keysight 10070-series oscilloscope probes when probing fine-pitch (0.5 mm to 0.8 mm) SMT (surface-mount technology) devices. These ultra-small IC clips are the smallest in the industry and are ideal for connecting to fine-pitch ICs as small as 0.5 mm lead pitch. The thin clip body design allows many clips to be mounted side by side, enabling probing of densely packed PQFP and SOIC SMT packages.

The dual-lead adapter simplifies connection of the IC clips to your probe — simply install the tip of the Keysight 10070-family probe into the single-lead end of the dual-lead adapter, then connect the IC clips to the other end. The dual-lead end can also be used for connection to 0.635 mm (0.025 inch) diameter posts. The black lead is for ground connections.
