This Furness Controls FCO560 Pressure and Flow Calibrator is in excellent used condition. UKAS calibration expired 30th May, 2026. (Certificate No. 29137, calibrated 30 May 2025, UKAS Laboratory 0580).

The instrument is configured to the ±2 kPa differential pressure range (Issue 16, firmware version X560A09C) and has 10 pre-configured instrument calibration profiles stored in memory, including Transmitter VOLT, Transmitter mA, FLOW @ 20°C, FLOW @ Working, FCO700 leak, FCO210/220, Mass Flowmeter, and further user-configurable slots.

The Furness Controls FCO560 is a multi-function low differential pressure portable calibrator and precision manometer, designed for both laboratory and on-site calibration of pressure transmitters, transducers, pressure switches and flow devices. The instrument supports two modes of operation — Calibration mode and Measurement mode — and features an integrated automatic differential pressure generator.

In Calibration mode, the FCO560 simultaneously displays the applied pressure or flow alongside the Equipment Under Test (EUT) signal, accepting voltage and current inputs directly from the device under calibration. In Measurement mode, the instrument functions as a precision micro-manometer and, when combined with laminar flow elements or pitot tubes, can measure velocity, volumetric flow and mass flow across a range from less than 1 ml/min to over 30,000 l/min. The unit can be preconfigured with up to 99 instrument definitions, making site calibration workflows fast and repeatable. Battery operation enables fully portable use in the field.
