The Fujikura CT-06 is an economical high-precision single fiber cleaver and an improved iteration of the CT-05, designed specifically for cleaving individual fibers in field-based applications. It is ideally suited for the installation of field-installable connectors and mechanical splices. Despite its compact and lightweight form factor, the CT-06 delivers cleave quality that approaches that of far more expensive precision cleavers, making it a practical choice for engineers and technicians who require reliable field performance without excessive cost.

The cleaver features a long-life 16-position circular blade that rotates to a fresh cutting edge as positions are used, maximising blade longevity and ensuring consistent cleave angles throughout the blade's working life. Cleaving is performed in a single step, minimising operator error and speeding up workflow in the field.
