The Fujikura 22S active cladding alignment fusion splicer bridges the long-standing gap between core alignment and fixed v-groove fusion splicer technology. Moveable v-grooves eliminate splicer errors due to dust and other contaminants. Despite its incredibly small size, this ruggedised, full-featured unit offers unmatched versatility for splicing in the most challenging environments.

The innovative transit case and work tray provide multiple options for the best utilisation of available workspace, while the long-life battery provides power for up to 200 splice cycles including application of the splice protection sleeve. The Fujikura 22S incorporates features typically found only in more expensive models. Removable sheath clamps allow the use of fiber holders if desired.

The large 4.7" monitor provides a crystal-clear image, even in the brightest sunlight, for evaluating splice quality. The electrode life has been extended to 3,000 splices, minimising downtime for replacement and stabilisation. Software updates are accomplished via the internet, allowing users to quickly update their software as new splice programmes become available. The fully ruggedised chassis provides shock, dust and moisture protection, while the two-camera observation system provides accurate fiber alignment and loss estimation calculations. The Fujikura 22S is fully compatible with the FUSEConnect® line of fusion installable connectors.

Returns Policy

• Return Period: In the event of an item being received which is 'not as specified', you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Return Method: All returns must be notified in writing to hello@ttinstruments.com, the email should accompany the order number, date and reason for return and must be within 14 days of delivery.
• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up-to 20% is applicable for items returned for any reason other than 'not as specified'.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. It will either be a replacement or a refund.
• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is 'not as specified', in this case we will arrange for the return by way of a prepaid shipping label.
