This fault is consistent with end-of-life behaviour of the HeNe laser assembly. No returns are accepted on this item.

The Keysight (formerly Agilent) 86120C is a benchtop multi-wavelength meter designed for characterising optical sources and wavelength-division multiplexed (WDM) systems. It simultaneously measures the wavelength and power of multiple optical signals across a wide spectral range, making it well suited to DWDM component testing, laser characterisation, and optical network analysis.

The 86120C uses a HeNe laser as an internal wavelength reference to deliver high absolute wavelength accuracy. It is widely used in telecommunications R&D, manufacturing test, and component qualification environments.

Returns Policy

• Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up-to 20% is applicable for items returned for any reason other than 'not as specified'.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. It will either be a replacement or a refund.
• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is 'not as specified', in this case we will arrange for the return by way of a prepaid shipping label.
