The mainframe does not detect the probe, which therefore appears faulty. It has not been possible to test the probe independently. This item is sold strictly for parts or repair — no returns are accepted.

The Narda NBM-550 is a high-performance broadband personal radiation monitor and field meter designed for professional EMF safety measurements. It is part of Narda Safety Test Solutions' NBM series, widely used for occupational and environmental RF exposure assessments in compliance with international standards such as ICNIRP and IEEE C95.1.

The NBM-550 mainframe accepts a range of interchangeable isotropic probes covering electric field (E-field), magnetic field (H-field), and power density measurements across a broad frequency spectrum. The system features a large, easy-to-read display, data logging capability, and alarm functions for threshold-based monitoring.

The 2401/01 E-Field probe is specifically designed for broadband E-field measurements and is one of the most commonly used probes in the NBM series.

Returns Policy

• Return Period: In the event of an item being received which is 'not as specified', you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Return Method: All returns must be notified in writing to hello@ttinstruments.com, the email should accompany the order number, date and reason for return and must be within 14 days of delivery.
• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up-to 20% is applicable for items returned for any reason other than 'not as specified'.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. It will either be a replacement or a refund.
• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is 'not as specified', in this case we will arrange for the return by way of a prepaid shipping label.
