The Viavi FOD5510M is a 1x12 multimode MPO optical switch designed for use with fibre optic test equipment such as OTDRs and optical loss test sets. It enables automated sequential testing of all 12 fibres within an MPO/MTP ribbon fibre assembly without the need to physically reconnect test leads, significantly improving test efficiency and repeatability in high-density environments such as data centres.

The OM4 variant is optimised for 50/125 µm multimode fibre operating at 850 nm and 1300 nm wavelengths. The SC/UPC to MPO/UPC configuration allows connection between standard SC-terminated test equipment and MPO ribbon cable plant.

• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up-to 20% is applicable for items returned for any reason other than 'not as specified'.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. It will either be a replacement or a refund.
