Flann Microwave Limited, founded in 1956 and based in Bodmin, Cornwall, UK, are leaders in the design and manufacture of precision waveguide components, microwave components, antennas and assemblies. The Series 081 Fixed Attenuators are passive, low VSWR waveguide devices designed for full-band operation across a wide range of waveguide sizes from WG11 up to millimetre-wave bands.

The Series 081 attenuators are widely used in RF and microwave laboratories, defence systems, telecommunications, space, metrology, and R&D applications where a stable, known level of signal attenuation is required in a waveguide transmission path.
